Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Renovation

Built in 1927, the Knickerbocker is an historic landmark luxury hotel located in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Tim Vacha and John Arzarian are leading the design team for the renovation of the Hotel’s Public Spaces. Their firm has recently completed an extensive restoration of the building’s masonry and terra cotta façade.
